Drones can't interact with the wires of shocked airlocks. #22434

Drone's can't fix shocked airlocks.
Reproduction
- Open the maintenance panel of a shocked airlock (with a screwdriver)
- Attempt to use wire cutters or a multi tool on the door, to open the wires menu
- Instead do nothing.

Additional information
Drones can't enter the wire menu of airlocks with the "High Voltage Ground" wire cut or pulsed (temporary), I assume that means they can't interact with shocked doors' wires.
