Short Description

Mechs are critically broken.

Reproduction

1: Build a ripley firefighter.
2: Set operational keycodes.
3: Click on "Add" on the keycodes.
4: In the top list it displays at "- Delete", not showing what access it is. clicking "Delete" does not delete it.
5: If you click on finish, you are locked out of your mech because you dont have operational keycode access.
6: It is now physically impossible to enter the mech.
