That's my plan - I created spdx/tools-java#185 to track issues / PRs in the other libraries.

I am fine with the list you posted. I can test whatever snapshots you need and let you know at least that it's working for me if you want.

That looks like a great list to me! I'm still tracking #269 for my own use cases, but don't think it's important enough to slow down an RC2.
