Describe the bug

Javadoc https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/blob/main/extensions/vertx-http/runtime/src/main/java/io/quarkus/vertx/http/runtime/management/ManagementRuntimeAuthConfig.java doesn't mention it, so it looks like issue with documentation generation. Present in both main and 3.17.5. Looks like it comes from

quarkus/extensions/vertx-http/runtime/src/main/java/io/quarkus/vertx/http/runtime/HttpConfiguration.java

From what I can see, the problem is that we don't have a proper title for the Management section and it confuses the Javascript which tries to find an appropriate title section. Not sure why.

@gsmet about this one, I finally got some time to make a discovery.

The ManagementConfig lives alone, differently from WebsocketConfigServer that lives inside (as attribute) of VertxHttpConfig.

Really the ManagementConfig does not have a title:

Do you think reasonable to change just the javascript config.js file?

I think we need to add a title similar to config section when a configuration class lives alone in an extension.

Or add validation that each config section has a title, similar to how it is validated that each config item has javadoc.. It would be a breaking change though, I'll leave it to you to decide what to do.
