This PR adds a GitHub workflow that publishes the package to PyPi every time a new version is released.
The file itself is copied/pasted from diffeqzoo.
I intend to make a new release once the fix in #135 is merged because currently the solvers don't work :(
(I expect the tests to fail because they are currently broken and fixed only in #135.)
