pf-tooltip component leaks internal slot content on copy-paste

Description of the issue

When copying text inside a section which includes the <pf-tooltip> component and pasting it into a rich text editor like Google Docs, internal content markup is included in the pasted content. This exposes component internals that users wouldn’t expect to see, which negatively impacts the user experience.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://patternflyelements.org/components/tooltip/demo/
2. Copy the text "A Tooltip is a piece of flow content with an associated secondary piece of hidden flow content."
3. Paste it in Google Docs
4. Observe the pf-tooltip content markup "floating UI element" also getting pasted in the google doc. See below attached image.

Expected behavior

The resulting pasted output should be:-
A Tooltip is a piece of flow content with an associated secondary piece of hidden flow content.

@tejas161 would you mind re-writing your "Steps to reproduce" and "Expected behavior" by using the content at the standalone demo?

Also, kindly be a little more specific about what text/characters to select in the "Steps to reproduce" and what the exact pasted text should be.

For example, in "Steps to reproduce" you could say, "Select the following text: A Tooltip is a piece.

And for the "Expected behavior", the resulting pasted output should be: A Tooltip is a piece.

Benny's PR is looking to fix this issue and I want to make 100% certain I have the issue well defined. Thank you!
