Broken link for demo

Hi,

I am trying to download the data from the demo. It seems that the link is broken:

wget http://compbio.med.harvard.edu/scan-snv/hunamp.chr22.bam

With the following outcome:

I think this should also affect the original scan-snv repo https://github.com/parklab/scan-snv
