Red danger icon shows when submitting student application without error message

Hi everyone,

When I applied for the first time, I got rejected for the following reasons:

Please complete your GitHub billing information with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. You do not have to add a payment method. You may need to log out and log back in to GitHub before reapplying. If you have only a single legal name, enter it in both the first and last name fields.
You are unlikely to be verified until you have completed your GitHub user profile with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. Please do not use a variation of your name or a nickname. Once you have updated your profile information log out and log back into GitHub before re-applying.

I have since added my billing information as well as added my full name to my public profile. I then followed the instructions and signed out and back in before reapplying, but the application always fails without showing an error message. Did I miss out a step?

As seen in the screenshot below, upon clicking the green "Submit Application" button, the submission fails and shows a red danger sign icon without any message.

The solution for issue #165187 was to change the file extension from jpg to png but it didn't work for me.

Tried on my phone as suggested in #162877 and it works
