Can't sumbit Education Benefits Application reverification

Hi everyone,

I cannot submit the Education Benefits Application form. After a submission it just reloads to this image with the triangle but no text describing the issue, see:

Checking the network tab of the browser inspector shows no issue either (POST, 200) and the response is just the HTML of the form.

I have tried on multiple browsers and devices. And have tried clearing the browser cache.

I had previously applied and got rejected due to needing two factor auth and to update billing information - both of which have been completed and I have logged out of Github and signed back in.

Please advice on how to resolve this. Thank you in advance.

I know you mentioned that you have already tried it on various browsers and devices, but in case you haven't used a smartphone, give it a try. If you still can't continue, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
