This now runs and tests the ChronoMCP correctly. Repeated runs after a successful run will use caching to reduce the time taken from ~1 hour to ~20 minutes |

This has its own separate workflow for testing since ChronoLog has to be downloaded, build, installed and deployed for the tests to run.
