Feature: Unified Titlebar-Tabbar Design Option (GNOME/adwaita-style)

I would like to suggest adding an option for a unified titlebar-tabbar design similar to what's implemented in Black Box terminal (https://gitlab.gnome.org/raggesilver/blackbox).

Currently, when using tabs, we have a separate titlebar and tabbar which takes up additional vertical space. The proposed design would merge these into a single bar that functions as both titlebar and tabbar, where:

• Window controls (minimize/maximize/close) are on the right
• Tabs occupy the center/left space
• Additional controls are on the right
• The entire bar functions as a drag handle for moving the window

Benefits:

• More efficient use of vertical screen space
• Cleaner, more modern appearance
• Better integration with GNOME desktop environment
• Maintains all current functionality in a more compact design

This could be implemented as an optional layout mode, allowing users to choose between the current separate bars and the unified design. The implementation would likely involve:

1. Creating a unified headerbar component using GtkWindowHandle
2. Integrating AdwTabBar with proper styling
3. Adding a config toggle for users to switch between layouts

I'm open to exploring this more, but the way blackbox does this is a complete hack, and is not something that I want to support. I've talked to the libadwaita maintainer just to be sure. The only thing that I haven't tried is creating a custom headerbar essentially, but I'm not sure when I'll explore this next.
