makes display names for priority pathogens consistent, more direct and shorter. the intention is to use them also as slugs for the priority pathogen details page and we want these to be as stable as possible while still being human readable (see attached issue). before some display names included names of the associated disease, or things like 'prototype pathogen family' which is more about why its included than what it is for ex. the only slightly odd case i left was for c auris, which recently suffered a name change that i expect users might find confusing.
at the same time i was mildly annoyed by the lack of italics for scientific names in the priority pathogen descriptions. except once i fixed that i realized it was a more widespread issue and so filed #632
