What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR introduces new REST API endpoints to expose Feast registry lineage and relationship data, enabling better visibility into feature store dependencies and relationships.

GET /lineage/registry - Complete Registry Lineage
GET /lineage/objects/{object_type}/{object_name} - Object-Specific Relationships
GET /lineage/complete - Complete Registry Data

This is great! Can you add to the docs about the endpoints to the registry server? What they are etc

Does transform belong as its own object? I'm not sure based on @HaoXuAI's latest changes but it's worth a consideration

I think it is embedded within ODFVs, not standalone objects ?

probably need pagination for big projects at some point in future
