The etcd patch release criteria has been met for our release-3.6 stable branch, so we should release v3.6.2.

Regular patch releases are vital to ensure our users have bug-free and secure software.

Noting that Go 1.23.11 was released yesterday, so it makes sense to release after we do that version bump. I'm about to create the version bump issue.

Hi, @jmhbnz. I'm out the rest of this week, returning next Wednesday. We want to do this release soon to match k8s' release window. Would you have the availability to do this release?
