[Windows] NullReferenceException thrown When Toggling IsGrouped to True in ObservableCollection Binding

Description

A NullReferenceException is thrown when the IsGrouped property of a CollectionView is toggled to true while it is still bound to a flat ObservableCollection or List.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the application ObservableCollectionIssue.zip
2. Click the "Toggle Grouping" button to set IsGrouped to true.
3. Observe it throws NullReferenceException on windows.

This issue has been verified using Visual Studio(17.3.0) with MAUI version 9.0.50. It can be reproduced on Windows platform.
