getDirectedUsage() returns null when we call it use some specific Definition elements.

In general, it seems that getDirectedUsage does not work for ActionDefinitions (which includes AnalysisCaseDefinitions) and ConstraintDefinitions, which are both kinds of Behaviors. I have submitted a bug report on this, to be fixed in the next release.
