This is a hot-fix release addressing a few issues in cuQuantum Python:

1. Fixed performance degradation in cuquantum.contract() that could impact certain usage patterns.
2. Fixed the .save_statevector() usage in the Jupyter notebook qiskit_basic.ipynb.
3. Removed invalid code.
