This is a hot-fix release addressing a few issues in cuQuantum Python:

Fixed performance degradation in cuquantum.contract() that could impact certain usage patterns.
Fixed the .save_statevector() usage in the Jupyter notebook qiskit_basic.ipynb.
Removed invalid code.
