Summary

The major change of this release is the introduction of the GraphSketchDriver class which is responsible for coordinating stream ingestion, vertex-based batch construction, and the graph semi-streaming algorithm. As suggested by this description, this class implements the parts of the system that we do not expect to change when introducing new graph semi-streaming algorithms such as k-edge connectivity or minimum cut.
