What would you like to be added:
As per the title, moving it to a publishable standalone package.
Why is this needed:
Following mono-repo design detailed in #42.
Currently, it's blocked by:
- chore(packages): add network and typescript package #72
- refactor(workflows): cleanup and generalize workflows, also add pnpm workflows #71
- chore(ts-tests): add e2e contracts #66
