Overview
I wrote a powershell hosting component that allows in-process scripting of the apphost, live objects and any cli tool, built-in command/cmdlet/function or other utility available. It has been well received by the Aspire team and so I've decided to offer it as part of the Community Toolkit.
My own repo is here -- I will attach a PR to this issue that will merge the code, having been adapted to the conventions and structure of this toolkit. I will subsequently archive my own repo, and deprecate my own nuget packages, directing upgrades to here instead. I will take ownership of bugs and/or feature requests and review/merge other PRs, if appropriate.
