also, I removed trailing blank lines as well as empty defer calls - thats why stats of this PR are 93 insertions VS 3k deletions 😄 |

some function sdidn't work as expected (fix #89), some was broken by #93 (finishers was called before C call)
this PR is intended to fix both bugs mentioned above
