added llama4, openchat prompt template, fixed a bug in ui.py

Description

Added prompt template for Llama4, openchat. Openchat is a very capable model able to run locally with good results.
Additionally moved favicon_path from gr.mount_gradio_app() to _blocks.launch(), this solves a failing test.
