Tap an @-mention to go to user's profile page

In web, if you click on an @-mention of a user, it shows that user's "user card", just as if you'd clicked on their name or avatar as the sender of a message.

In mobile, if you tap on a sender's name or avatar, we take you to the user's profile page. But currently we don't do anything on tapping @-mentions. We should do the same thing on tapping an @-mention as we do on tapping a sender name or avatar.
