telseq estimate with multiple read groups in bam file

I am using -m flag and i have 4 read groups in my bam file but it is not able to average it properly i am getting single digit values how to fix this. Also with -u flag it averages only length estimate and not the other values for other values it just summing up the 4 values (from 4 read group). i want to use -m flag how to fix it.
