This PR contains support for Quartz64-a for Zarhus. It is working PR, that is, it builds, it boots, the network is working, but it has two problems, that might be solved later:

1. The wired network configuration fragment added here is not minimal, and could be analyzed further to make it absolute minimal.
2. Wireless interfaces should be checked.
