HFR port exploded when it wasn't meant to

Reproduction

From how this was described to me, it occurs when the HFR port tries to send gases to gas pipes, but can't, so it shoves the gases into the air instead, which causes an explosive pressurisation. Apparently, it is not meant to explode at all.
