Game crash after clicking "Produce gold"

Describe the bug

Clicked on my medieval era mongolian city to produce gold - i didnt notice i left it at "Produce Nothing" in the construction queue, so the game crashed, i was led to the issue tracker screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'City'
2. Click on 'Produce Nothing'
3. Click on "Produce Gold'
4. See Error

Initially thought it was specific to one city, i tested it on the other one , game crashes anyway.
