If the user selects 31st, in a month and if that date does not exist in the next or previous month or on the UI of the selected month, it skips over that next or previous month

Steps to Reproduce this Bug:

1. Select January as a month and select the last date in it (31st).
2. Re-open the date picker and now select February from the month selection scroll
3. Date picker will skip february and select March instead.

Expected Behavior:

The Datepicker should always select the month which the User wants to select even if it does not select a date in it.
