Support validation VisualStates with ValidationBehavior.

API Changes

VisualState Name	VisualStateGroup Name	Description
Valid	ValidationStates	The value is valid.
Invalid	ValidationStates	The value is not valid.

Intended Use Case

Define different visual appearances by VSM.
