Left-Alt binding option in config screen

There needs to be a way to Rebind the Left-Alt Key in the Config Menu.
The Primary Reasoning is because I use Linux, there is a shortcut for Left-Alt + Left-Mouse that let's me drag the window around, regardless if it's in windowed or fullscreen mode.

But this also prevents me the ability to grab the skin-id of specific parts and it'd be helpful if I could rebind that Left-Alt key to a different key (e.g. Ctrl + Left-Click)
