New Espressif Component Manager Integration Needed

Description

As noted in espressif/esp-idf#9288 there's a new Espressif Component Manager in the works.

wolfSSL needs to be integrated as an ESP-IDF component.

See #6234 for a roadmap of Espressif updates.

In addition to the "no install" CMakeLists.txt as used in the wolfssl_benchmark and wolfssl_test examples, the wolfSSL library is now available in the new Espressif Managed Components ESP Registry at components.espressif.com/components/wolfssl/wolfssl.

I'll be creating a PR soon to show an example of how the managed component wolfssl would be used in a new project.
