Address name is not included in header

Description

Starting with v0.7.1, the email address name is not included in the header.

Instead of From: "Alice Smith" <alice@example.com>, it's From: <alice@example.com>.

To Reproduce

Send an email with a to/from/cc address that includes a name (e.g., My Name <me@example.com>). The name is excluded from the address in the header.

Expected behaviour

As in versions prior to v0.7.1, the header should include the name provided with the email address.

I've just pushed the fix to main and will release a regression-fix release now. Thanks again for reporting this and sorry this bug snuck into the last release.
