Nested groups

Hello,

thanks for your work on cl-svg!
I am currently generating svg files which I later edit via Inkscape. Thus, I'd like create nested groups which does not seem to be possible with the `make-group`-macro. If there's a way to get this done, let me know. Otherwise, I think this could be a quite valuable feature.
