Try API endpoints

• It will works only if wex stay deployed in a Docker container Start Docker from Docker #75
• /api/addon/group/name, allowing GET or POST
• A config file allowing command to be available on entrypoint
• The API can accept "app" name and "hook" / "script" name, and will return result
• The API can work asynchronously : create a PID on each command, and be able to return the process status later
• The API provides also an entrypoint for logs / errors
• All the error should be handled by app (catchall ?)
