Bug - Nested Expand/Collapse Menus Inside of a Tab #2592

Hello GCWeb people,
My web publishing team at the CSPS has discoverd an issue when putting nested expand/collapse menus inside of a tab. When doing so it adds extra undesireable spacing between each of the detail boxes that doesn't appear when doing the same outside of a details-panel container. Something to look into?
