UI should handle server errors gracefully

I've come across the error shown below after navigating to https://gitops.internal-dev.wego-gke.weave.works/kustomization/details?clusterName=management&name=apps-enterprise&namespace=flux-system (use Google auth for login)

After waiting for a bit (~1 min), the API call for getting a Kustomization object timed out but the UI didn't handle this gracefully. After the error occurred, no more calls were made.

@jpellizzari Now we get a different error as the API endpoint is still failing. Is there anything else we can do to improve on this beyond fixing the timeout itself?
