[UI] cluster filter is no longer available in Violation Log and Clusters pages. #1391
Description
We don’t show cluster filter on Clusters and Violation log page any more. Where as cluster filter is available in Allocations, Sources, Flux runtime and Policies pages. Is this a regression? It is failing the nightly acceptance test.
