Stable idling setting is only turn on lip_retargeting option?

Is enabling both flag_lip_retargeting and flag_relative_motion the only way to effectively stabilize source image shaking or stuttering (such as "steddering")?
I would like to know if there are other recommended options or better ways to suppress or improve source image instability.
