Enhances the Layout component to improve the sidebar and header.

Solves #134

Changes Made

• Enhanced header design: Added proper logo integration and improved spacing
• Better sidebar styling: Added subtle shadows, borders, and improved active state indicators
• Improved navigation feedback: Added "NAVIGATION" section header and orange accent line for active items
• Consistent color scheme: Applied volcano orange theme throughout with better visual hierarchy
• Better typography: Improved font weights, spacing, and readability

Visual Improvements

• Professional header with integrated Volcano logo
• Subtle shadows and borders for better depth perception
• Enhanced active state with left border indicator
• Improved sidebar background and spacing
• Better contrast and visual hierarchy

Technical Details

• Uses existing Material-UI components and dependencies
• No breaking changes to existing functionality
• Maintains all current props and state management
• Backward compatible with existing routing and navigation
• No additional dependencies required
