mimetype checking produces an empty string when trying to upload an .oft file

In a customer project I need to upload some outlook email templates which should have the "application/vnd.ms-outlook" mimetype. For some reason the core gets passed an empty string in this case, so the mimetype assertions in getUploadURL fail.
