WEBP Thumbnails

How do I implement WEBP thumbnails? It seems like they would significantly speed up page loading times. Some chans like kissu.moe already use them.

Okay I implemented this by borrowing some image.php code from bazukachan nicochan. For some reason GIFs either don’t animate or take a long time to upload so I excluded them.

config.php:

	$config['thumb_keep_animation_frames'] = 190;
	$config['thumb_method'] = 'convert+gifsicle';
	$config['convert_args'] = '-resize %dx%d -quality 90 -auto-orient -thumbnail %dx%d %s';
	$config['allowed_ext'][] = 'webp';

All thumbnails are webp, gifs are converted to animated webp. I did not upstream bc its a mess.

What are your config.php settings? When I added it, GIFs took really long time to process when posting them.
