development of USBIP server component for Windows to Windows

At the moment I'm using the USBIP server of usbipd https://github.com/dorssel/usbipd-win with your usbip-win2 client and this works for many devices. But sometimes there are devices (graphic tablets, USB controllers for color grading etc.) which have some problems. In this cases I try to use USBIP software like virtualhere which normally is working fine. So I want to ask you if you could also develop a USBIP server component for Windows to Windows? How long would it take to develop this server component? In this older project https://github.com/cezanne/usbip-win there was also a USBIP server included. Will you develop it?

Hi,

First, a disclaimer. I am in no way associated with this project -- I am just a happy end-user trying to help! I have recently read through most all of the issues here (both open and closed) and from this, I do not believe that the author has the time to implement the server side as you request.

I have seen him respond back to numerous bug reports when the poster has submitted the debugging logs that the software developer requests before submission. I believe that your best bet, then, would be to file individual bug reports on the devices with issue.

I have little experience with the usbipd-win project, as it did not do what I need, thus I cannot speak further on the matter. This is the officially recommended project by the engineer of this project, though (as you probably already know).

Hello, I have no enough time to develop usbip server at the moment. I would like to do this sometime in the future, but there is no specific time frame. The development will take at least 2-3 months of full time work.
