This PR introduces the CSS properties
--vaadin-form-layout-label-widthand--vaadin-form-layout-label-spacing, and deprecates the old form item properties--vaadin-form-item-label-widthand--vaadin-form-item-label-spacing.Fixes #8683
Type of change
