Make Vaadin Icons look more properly sized, as they are drawn on a 16x16 canvas, and we want to present them as if they were drawn on a 20x20 canvas.

chevron-downicon, it’ll be updated in base styles (refactor: base style lucide icons #10526)Make certain component icons slightly smaller in Aura – just a visual preference.
