MPR uses FW7 version as a `framework.version`

The property framework.version is set to FW7 version.

The used version doesn't really matter, but if most users are now on v8 then changing the default to 8 would probably make sense.
The version was chosen as v7 as at that time it was the main version used and was the initial targeted version to support with MPR.

Also it would seem that v8 was not mature yet as the release note for MPR 1.0.0 says 1.1.0 with Vaadin 8 support to be released during October 2018. It requires Vaadin Framework 8.6.0.alpha2 or newer

I believe we can swap the version for <framework.version> from 7 to 8 in the root pom.xml, but then for mpr-v7 and all the integration tests which uses mpr-v7, we would need to override it:

    <properties>
        <framework.version>${framework.7.version}</framework.version>
    </properties>

For me it looks the same, but using 8 by default and override it to 7 whenever needed.

I care primarily about OSGi manifest and the versions declared there.
And this could be solved actually via https://github.com/vaadin/multiplatform-runtime-internal/issues/555
