[autogrid][dx] Provide real icons for Matching methods of Date column's header filter #1506

Describe your motivation
At the moment it looks like < or > bare HTML texts. At first look, it seems that something might be broken with theming/styling of the application. Tooltips, also can improve the UX.
Describe the solution you'd like
To see some real icons instead of < or >.
Also, a Tooltip that explains the functionality of that button/icon can be very useful.
