1. CRC fills out the MRI Data Request instrument with subject information.
2. CRC uploads MRI data to the MRI Data Request Downloads folder on Box (see details below).
3. CRC populates the MRI Data Fufillment instrument with the requested MRI data.
4. CRC verifies the uploaded data and link are correct and marks the "Request Data Ready/Verfied" as "yes" and the instrument as complete.
5. Once the above step is complete REDCap sends out a notification with the link to the form to download the data. CRC is CC'd.
6. If subject acknowledges the terms they are presented with the download link.
7. Ig subject does not acknowledge the terms the survery terminates.

1. Compress the MRI data files into a ZIP file labled with the subject ID.
2. Upload the ZIP file to the folder:

3. Share the link with the following settings under "Share Link": People with the link can view and download.

4. In the "Link Settings" section, set the link to expire in 30 days.
