Drag to reorder on the canvas doesn't work

Current behavior

Using the canvas to drag to reorder doesn't work:

Also note in the above image that the "Ctrl+Z" tooltip is often displayed in strange places and even when there is nothing to undo.

Expected behavior

It should be possible to drag to reorder and reposition via the canvas

@mrlacey were you seeing any errors reported in either the console, or output window in VS? Are you able to reproduce this consistently?

I loaded a new project and tried to recreate what's shown above and am able to drag now.
However, the console window is full of many messages like this:

After further investigation, it seems to be very hit and miss (sometimes works and sometimes doesn't) if zoomed in.

This issue is solved in the latest 5.6 Stable
