Bug/Feature: Possibly related to #428 - Display all languages spoken in a country #647
Description
Currently, when clicking on a country on the map, only languages that indicate that country as the primary location will be displayed. As an example, many languages are spoken in both Laos and Vietnam, but they only appear if you click on Vietnam, because it is listed as the primary country. They should also appear when clicking on Laos.
